Ieva KRASTINA 

Ieva Krastina is a PhD candidate at University of South-Eastern Norway, Department of Optometry, Radiography and Ligh)ng Design. Ieva has a solid founda)on in optometry, with a Master’s degree in Clinical Optometry from University of Latvia and mul)ple years as a prac)cing optometrist as well as work experience in higher educa)on. In her PhD research she is focusing on the complex interplay between human vision and VR technologies. She is exploring connec)ons between common vision problems and postural control, inves)ga)ng their impact on VR accessibility and user experiences. The aim is to inform advances in the design of immersive technologies through human-centered research.
