Hugues DE PRA

Hugues DE PRA joined Cisco in 1999. He took his first steps there as a systems engineer after studying civil engineering (electronics) at the University of Liège. Over the past two decades, he has held various sales and management positions. In 2010, he took over the management of Cisco data center & cloud activities in Belgium and Luxembourg. As Local Technology & Transformation Officer at Cisco BeLux, Hugues De Pra is leading strategic account digital transformation with a team of solutions architects focusing on business value creation using co-creation & innovation as the new baseline. He is articulating the Technical & Digital Transformation plan for Cisco BeLux.

As part of his innovation program, he organized and contributed to several innovation initiatives like the Cisco Innovation Challenge, Cisco Hack For Good and Hack The Crisis (Belgium, Luxembourg), Hackcovid.co. Education, environment & giving back are 3 core values he defends on a daily basis by welcoming students for internships, being a Cisco Green ambassador and supporting the annual giving back campaigns & activities with local NGOs. Nowadays, he is also an active coordinator of the European Green & Blue sustainability workgroups.
